Events:

M: 100m*, 200m*, 400m hurdles, 1500m*, 3000m, pole vault*, javelin, long jump*, discus

W: 100m hurdles, 200m, 400m hurdles, 1500m*, 3000m steeplechase, pole vault, triple jump, hammer

Prize money:

* Highlighted text event bonuses are 600-400-200 euros. Other events 300-200-100 euros.

Stadium:

The competition takes place at Kimpinen stadium, located centrally in Lappeenranta. It is within walking distance from the official hotel.

Timetable is published on our website (www.lum.fi) and you can get a copy of your own at the hotel. Timetable and the entry list are also in the Lappeenranta Games newspaper.

Bibs:

You can get your bib numbers from the Competition office outside the stadium.

Calling room:

- 20 minutes before running events

- 30 minutes before throwing and jumping events

- 50 minutes before pole vault

The Calling tent is outside the stadium near Competition office. Officials will guide you into the stadium. After your performance your clothes will be brought to the mixed zone just outside the stadium.

It is located approx. 500 metres from the stadium.

Athletes’ office:

In the lobby of the hotel there is an athletes’ office, with staff from the organising club, open Monday July 16 - Thursday July 19. There you can get memos, timetables, maps and get information about transportation.
 

Mixed zone:

All athletes should go through the mixed zone on the way out from the infield. The event coordinator will guide the athletes out.

Results:

The results will be shown at the notice-board just outside the stadium and live results on our website: www.lum.fi

Payments:

Travel reimbursements, appearance fees and prize money payments after the meet at the hotel. There will be a 15 % tax reduction on all prize and appearance money, in accordance with Finnish laws.

Medical services:

Medical service is available at the stadium during competition.

Infield:

We remind everyone that it is not allowed to be on the infield unless you are competing.
