Lappeenrannan Urheilu-Miehet is committed to following the Finnish sports community’s responsibility programme and promoting a safe, inclusive and equal environment. Everyone has the right to participate in sports, compete and be part of our club without discrimination, bullying, harassment or any other form of inappropriate behaviour.

Below, you’ll find our principles for a safer environment, our shared training rules and parents’ guidelines, as well as instructions on what to do and how to report inappropriate behaviour if you experience or witness it.

These principles and shared rules help ensure a safe and positive everyday environment at our club and guide us all in treating one another with respect.
